ID Wise identifies virtually any culturable microorganism by DNA sequencing or other molecular techniques. Suits individual species and strains. Includes identification of one morphology. If additional morphologies are required to be identified from your sample we will contact you for advice on how to proceed. Colony counts of morphologies (CFU counts) are also available on request – choose the CFU count option on the online order form. Additional morphologies (lab code IDWX) and CFU counts (lab code ICFU) are additional extras.
If your microorganisms are not culturable, opt for Next Gen Sequencing – Bacteria, Next Gen Sequencing – Fungi or Next Gen Sequencing – Total (Bacteria + Fungi).
