The batch fee helps to cover the cost of data entry, administration, biosecurity, storage, etc., associated with each order, small or large. There’s only one batch fee per order. So, the more samples you submit in an order, the cheaper per sample it gets!

If you use our online order form and send a printed copy with your samples, we’ll credit* you your batch fee for use on your next order.

*Credit will be applied to future orders and is not refundable or redeemable for cash. To redeem your credit on a future order, contact the lab on 08 7127 8982 or , who can place your order manually and apply your credit to your invoice.
