Soil Microbiome Analysis
Early Access Programme

Be among the first to access advanced soil biological analysis

Limited places – Register today!

We are currently establishing our sequencing laboratory dedicated to soil metagenomics. During this optimisation phase, we are offering a limited number of places in our early access program, which includes special prices and the opportunity to be part of developing a new generation of soil health diagnostics.

What is soil metagenomics?

Soil metagenomics sequences all the DNA present in your soil sample simultaneously, providing a comprehensive biological profile of the microbial community — bacteria, fungi, archaea, nematodes, and more — from a single sample, without the need for culturing.

From this data we can deliver:

  • Soil health scoring — an integrated index combining community structure, diversity, and functional potential
  • Functional indicators — such as nitrogen fixation, phosphorus solubilisation, carbon cycling capacity
  • Microbial community composition — which organisms are present and at what levels, functional groups
  • Biodiversity indices — alpha and beta diversity metrics benchmarked against reference soils
  • Pathogen detection — presence and relative abundance of known soil-borne pathogens including Fusarium, Phytophthora, Pythium, Rhizoctonia, and nematode species

Why join the early access programme?

During our laboratory optimisation phase, we are inviting a limited number of participants to submit soil samples at significantly reduced rates. This is a genuine scientific collaboration: your samples contribute to the validation of our analytical workflow across diverse soil types, and in return you receive a complete, publication-quality soil biological report at a fraction of the future commercial price.

What you receive:

  • Full soil health report — bacterial and fungal community composition, taxonomic profiles, alpha and beta diversity, relative abundance of major microbial groups, and additional soil community information included in the analysis
  • Pathogen screening — detection and relative abundance of known soil-borne fungal, bacterial and other detectable pathogens
  • Direct input into the report format — your feedback shapes the final commercial product
  • All results are confidential — case study use only with your explicit written consent

Early access pricing

Single sample:  $180 including GST
4+ samples (in the same order):  $150 including GST per sample

Early Access pricing is available during the optimisation phase only — estimated 2–3 months from program opening. Places are limited.

This represents a saving on our standard launch price. The program is open to farms, vineyards, broadacre operations, horticultural producers, agronomists submitting on behalf of clients, and turf and grounds managers.

Sequencing depth and what it delivers

Our Early Access program runs at 3 Gb sequencing depth per sample. At this depth you receive:

  • Names of all the microbes present at the genus level (or better)
  • Overall soil microbial health score
  • Indicative levels of soil functions, such as nutrient cycling etc
  • Levels of all major microbial groups
  • Biodiversity indicators
  • Pathogen detection for moderate to high abundance targets

For clients requiring deeper analysis, our Standard and Pro tiers will be available at public launch.

Places are limited – Register today!

Only 150 tests are available in the program.  Register today to avoid disappointment.
